STF Fabrications came into being in 1993 when we bought our first CNC machine and began making one piece cabinet doors as an alternative to the traditional five piece raised panel door. Today we are one of the largest suppliers of custom MDF doors to cabinet shops in and around Kentucky. With free delivery to shops within a 100 mile radius of us and pricing that is very competitive, you'll be very pleased with the quality of the doors you purchase. We were the first to offer standard square corners on all of our profiles (with one exception), and still hand sand every piece before it leaves our shop. Our products are ready to be sealed and primed when they are delivered.
In 2004 we expanded our business to begin producing arched mouldings and casework. With normal lead times down to about one week, you no longer have to wait on your "bonnet top" cabinets because you can't get the crown moulding you need to finish the job. And because we make all of our knife templates, we match almost all casework profiles.
