If your home is ready for a staircase now, give us a call.  We'll visit the jobsite, take our own measurements, and supply you with a shop drawing along with a written quote.  Or, send us a copy of the floorplan where the staircase will stand (by fax may be the easiest) along with whatever information you have regarding the specifics (wood species, balustrade type, etc.) and we can estimate by that.
